1. Information we collect
- Free mock-test signup: your name, phone number and chosen university, submitted through the form on this site.
- Account information: name, email, phone number and login details when you create an account on the exam platform.
- Payment information: the details required to complete a transaction when you purchase a subscription (processed via the payment gateway).
- Usage data: exams, scores, progress and your activity on the platform.
- Device / log data: technical information such as browser type, IP address and cookies.
2. How we use your information
- To set up your free mock test and follow up with you about it.
- To provide the service, manage accounts and activate subscriptions.
- To process payments and handle transaction verification and refunds.
- For performance analytics, personalized recommendations and improving the service.
- To send important notices, support and (with your consent) updates.
3. Free mock-test signup — retention & sharing
When you submit the free mock-test form, your name, phone number and chosen university are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure and deleted automatically after 180 days. A notification containing your details is sent over Telegram to our admissions team so they can contact you. For advertising measurement, a hashed (irreversibly encoded) version of your phone number and first name may be shared with Meta through its Conversions API — your raw phone number is never sent to Meta. To request earlier deletion of your signup data, email prelination@gmail.com.
4. Payment & customer data handling
Payments are processed securely through our payment-gateway partner SSLCOMMERZ. We do not store your full card number or banking PIN/password — this sensitive data is handled within the gateway's secure, encrypted environment. We retain only the information needed for confirmation and records (e.g. transaction ID, amount, status).
5. Third-party sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Information is shared only where necessary — for example with the payment gateway (SSLCOMMERZ), the analytics and advertising partners described in this policy, Telegram for operational notifications, and the technology providers required to run the service (including Cloudflare), or where legally required. Where any information is shared with a third party, it is done under the merchant's responsibility and in compliance with applicable law and this policy.
7. Data security & retention
We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data, and retain it only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements.
