1. Digital service & delivery
MCQ-Admission is a digital online subscription service — no physical product is shipped. As soon as your payment is confirmed, access to the subscription features is activated instantly on your account. Because it is a digital service, there is no physical "return/shipping back" of goods.
2. Refund eligibility
You may request a refund in any of the following cases:
- Duplicate / incorrect charge: you were charged more than once, or an incorrect amount, for the same subscription.
- Failed transaction: money was deducted but the subscription was not activated or access was not granted.
- Technical fault: a technical error on our side prevented you from using the service and could not be resolved.
Refunds are generally not applicable for a simple change of mind after the subscription has been activated and used, or where an account is closed for violating our Terms & Conditions.
3. Refund timeline
Once a refund request is approved, it is processed within 7 to 10 working days. Depending on your bank or mobile-banking channel, it may take some additional time for the amount to reach your account.
4. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued through the SSLCOMMERZ Merchant Panel to the customer's original payment method. To request a refund, email prelination@gmail.com or contact +880 1355 971500 (WhatsApp) with:
- your account email / phone number,
- the transaction date and amount,
- the SSLCOMMERZ transaction ID (if any) and a short description of the issue.
5. Refund amount
For eligible refunds, the full amount is refunded, except for applicable bKash and IBBL channel charges, which may be deducted as these are levied by the respective payment channel.
